Development partners

Partner with us. Shape the platform.

We're looking for a small number of E&P companies and small-scale operators who want to streamline their asset lifecycle on SolvxAI — and, in exchange for helping us validate and sharpen the platform, run it at a total cost capped at a figure we agree before anything starts.

Who this is for.

  • Operators, not observers

You operate producing wells and carry real surveillance, screening and engineering load — the workflows the platform is built to take on. Team size doesn't matter; two engineers and a few hundred wells is exactly the profile.

  • Teams that will actually use it

A partnership only works if the platform meets your real work. We're looking for teams who will put live workflows on it, not run a curiosity project beside the real one.

  • People willing to tell us the truth

The value you bring is judgement: where the output is right, where it isn't, and what an engineer actually needs. Blunt feedback is the contribution — politeness helps nobody.

Don't be an AI engineer. Leave the AI to us.

Your team's job is the reservoir, not the model stack. Offload the AI engineering to people who do it full-time — and get the results in the units you already work in.

The exchange, stated plainly.

What you get

  • A capped, agreed cost — and nothing beyond it

One engagement figure, agreed mutually before work starts. No per-seat arithmetic, no usage surprises, no renegotiation mid-stream. The cap is the cap.

  • The full platform on your asset

SolvxAI's capabilities across your asset lifecycle — surveillance, screening, engineering studies, reporting — running on your data, scoped to the workflows that matter to you.

  • Custom capability, built on request

Need something that doesn't exist yet? Partners can request features built for their workflows. Because the platform is an operating system, new applications assemble on the foundation that's already there — you're not waiting on someone else's product roadmap.

  • Every new capability, on launch day

New functionality, third-party upgrades, and every subsequent extension of the platform flow to partners as soon as they ship — for as long as you remain a partner.

  • The complete research library — including what we don't post

Partners receive every published paper plus the technical tier we share only directly: how the platform sequences work, resolves dependencies, and holds engineering knowledge.

  • A direct line to the people building it

Your feedback lands with the team that ships — not in a ticket queue. What partners need shapes what gets built next, visibly.

What you give

  • Real workflows and honest feedback

You run genuine work on the platform and tell us plainly where it holds up and where it falls short. Regular working sessions with the team — that's the fine-tuning a harness actually needs.

  • Patience with a sharpening edge

Partners see capabilities early, which sometimes means seeing them before they're polished. You get influence over the fix in exchange for tolerating the rough edge.

  • A testimonial you can defend internally

In whatever form you're able to reveal — a named case study, anonymized numbers, or a basin-level quote. We know how cautious this industry has to be with data, and we'll take the form your organisation can stand behind.

The guarantees that make it safe.

Everyone in this industry is cautious about data, and everyone should be. This is what the caution gets answered with — and the first pledge is a property of how the platform is built, not a policy we adopted for marketing.

Your data never trains a model. Ever.

Capability is delivered by harness engineering — deterministic, cited engineering functions, applicability checks, and the orchestration around them. We do not train or fine-tune any model on your proprietary data, full stop. When the platform gets better, it's because the engineering got better, not because it absorbed your data.

A secure, tested environment

Your work runs in an isolated instance under the same guarantees as every customer: access scoped per project and revocable, every action attributed and audited, originals never modified, and roughly 8,600 automated tests behind every release. Self-hosting is available if you want the boundary absolute.

Confidential by default

The partnership exists in public only in the form you approve. Your data, your results, and your name stay private until and unless you choose otherwise — the research we publish is about the industry's evidence, never about your asset.

How it starts.

  1. 1

    A 30-minute scoping call

We establish whether the fit is real: your asset, your workflows, your team's capacity. No deck, no pressure — if it isn't a fit, we'll both know quickly and part as friends.

  2. 2

    A pilot, measured properly

The engagement begins the same way every SolvxAI evaluation does: a pilot with success criteria written down first, run as a series of tests on your data. Partnership is what a successful pilot grows into.

  3. 3

    Terms on one page

The capped cost, the feedback cadence, the testimonial form you're comfortable with, and the term — agreed together, written plainly, before the partnership starts.

Tell us who you are.

Nothing sensitive — just enough that the first conversation starts prepared instead of cold. If you’d rather talk first, the scoping call works exactly the same way.

What are you exploring? (pick any)

Please don’t include anything confidential — well names, volumes, or commercial terms belong in the conversation, not a web form.

A small number of partners. A shaped platform. A capped cost.

If you've read our research and it sounds like the way you think about engineering, this is the closest seat to the work.
